The Animal Shelter’s annual budget of just over $100,000 comes primarily from fundraising efforts by the Board of Directors. We receive approximately 40% of our income from ‘fees for services’ including licensing, adoptions, redemptions and owner surrender donations. The other income is raised directly or indirectly by the Board of Directors.
